Marcel is a digital recruitment assistant available via WhatsApp. He guides job applicants through a friendly and engaging screening conversation, based on your own recruitment questions and, if desired, the scientifically grounded Culture Fit Index model (CFILytics®).

Recruiters can fully tailor the flow by adding their own questions, including knockout questions, to instantly filter out candidates who do not meet the essential criteria for the role.

To make the experience even more engaging, Marcel can also include videos and images throughout the conversation. This allows companies to configure Marcel not only as a screening assistant, but also as a powerful employer branding tool that brings the job, the team and the company culture to life.

At the end of the conversation, candidates can receive a match score (in %), showing how well they align with the company culture. The result is a smooth, efficient and candidate-friendly experience for both recruiters and applicants.
