What is the

CFIlythics ® Model?

The CFIlythics (Culture Fit Index) model is a scientifically informed framework that helps determine a candidate's compatibility with an organization's culture. This model was developed in collaboration with
Sapience, a spin-off from VUB (Vrije Universiteit Brussel).

The 7 CFIlythics ® Dimensions

  • Leadership: The leadership style and approach within the organization, including decision-making processes and authority distribution.

  • Communication: How information flows throughout the organization, including transparency, frequency, and communication channels.

Company Culture Profiling

Companies complete the CFIlythics ® questionnaire to establish their cultural profile. For more accuracy, current employees can also take the assessment, with results averaged to create a more representative profile.

Candidate Assessment

Through a conversational WhatsApp interface, Marcel guides candidates through the same CFIlythics ® questionnaire, making the process engaging and convenient.

Algorithm Calculation

Our sophisticated algorithm analyzes multiple dimensions of fit between the candidate and company profiles, assigning different weights to various factors based on predictive importance.

Percentage Match

The system generates a percentage score representing the overall culture fit, with detailed breakdowns available for each dimension.

The CFIlythics ® Scoring Model

The CFIlythics ® Model evaluates culture fit based on seven different dimensions that represent critical aspects of workplace culture and individual preferences. Marcel uses this model to match candidates and companies based on these dimensions. The model is designed to extend the questionnaire for dimensions that are more important to a candidate, providing more in-depth results which are weighted more heavily in the final matching outcome.
